Eric also said S Tre Boston is unhappy with what he has been offered by the Chargers and the open market. He turned down a offer by the team. He'll wait till after the draft to decide his future.

The Chargers are willing to bring back Antonio Gates on a smaller contract. Gates is undecided on his future at this print in the off season. A 2 year deal for 6 million might be more in the teams cap space. In 2017 Gates signed a 2 year deal for $11 million. The team is awaiting Gates decision.

Nick Hamilton with NBCLA has a source that says the Chargers are heavily interested in Lamar Jackson at 17. I don't believe Jackson makes it past the Cardinals at pick 15.
